Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the bitsy TV app for Roku (the “App”) made by Bitsy Farms (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.
1. What the App does
bitsy TV is a media player. It plays live channels, program guides, movies and shows from an IPTV service that you choose and subscribe to separately (for example an Xtream Codes account or an M3U playlist). The App does not include, host, sell or recommend any channels, streams or content, and Bitsy Farms is not your IPTV provider.
2. Your provider and your content
- You are responsible for choosing your provider and for having the right to access and watch everything you play through the App.
- Use the App only with services and content you are legally allowed to use where you live. Don’t use it to access pirated or otherwise unauthorized content.
- Your agreement with your provider (including billing, channel lineup, stream quality and support) is between you and that provider. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for any provider’s service or content.
- Keep your provider login safe. It is stored on your device so the App can sign in for you.
3. License to use the App
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Roku devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Roku’s terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others. The App, its name, logos, themes and artwork belong to Bitsy Farms.
4. Movie and show information
Descriptions and artwork come first from your provider, then from TVmaze (TV shows, licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0) and TheTVDB (metadata provided by TheTVDB; please consider adding missing information or subscribing). This information is provided as-is and may be incomplete or wrong. bitsy TV is not endorsed or certified by TVmaze or TheTVDB.
5. Parental controls
The App offers an optional PIN for categories that look like adult content. It relies on how your provider names its categories, so it can miss content. It is a convenience, not a guarantee, and you remain responsible for what is watched on your devices.
6. Beta versions
Test (“Beta”) versions may contain bugs, may change or stop working, and may be removed at any time. Please report problems to the contact address below.
7. Purchases
The App is currently free. If paid features are offered in the future, they will be sold through Roku Pay, under Roku’s billing terms and the pricing shown at the time of purchase.

9. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don’t promise that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every provider, stream or device.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, BITSY FARMS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR OF ANY PROVIDER OR CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US $10 IF YOU PAID NOTHING. Some places don’t allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You agree to hold Bitsy Farms harmless from claims arising from content you access through the App or from your breach of these Terms or of any law.
12. Ending use
You can stop using the App at any time by removing it from your Roku. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or end your license if you break these Terms. Sections 4 and 9–13 continue to apply after that.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your home country requires otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
